The Kedor LLC would like to take this opportunity to introduce the company to you and briefly outline our capabilities and experience gained in the aluminum fabrication and installation works. To demonstrate our ability to ensure the success for all contracted jobs, we have our planning and engineering dept. to program the schedule as below
PLANNING & ENGINEERING
Under the department, the following duties shall be performed:
· Prepare the bid together with the necessary technical/commercial requirements as per the tender documents.
· Prepare necessary shop drawings in consultation with consultant/project engineer.
· Prepare samples, material submission and approvals.
· Procurement of the materials as per the approved samples.
· Pre contract and technical clarification with the client.
· Prepare the program of work for overall progress & distribution of manpower.
· Co-ordination with site engineers and prepares the project requirements.
· Continuously monitor and control project schedule, progress of work and take the necessary corrective measures when required.

successful handing over.
